IMS Support Team
The IMS Support Team provides Support and Training for Collaborative Review Groups (CRGs), CRGs Satellites, Centres, Fields, Methods Groups, etc.

How CRGs and Satellites can get support from the IMS Support Team
- Contact your regional IMS Support person either by telephone or email.
- Your IMS Support person will aim to respond within one working day.
- If you do not get a reply within one working day, forward your email to support@ims.cochrane.org and another member of the support team will respond to your query.
- IMS support emails are archived and all correspondence is shared within the team.
